I came across these absolutely stunning designs of Beirut-based designer, Krikor Jabotian and they were just too breathtaking not to share. These silhouettes have me drooling. I hope your weekend is just as lovely!
It's no surprise that Stylebops's Fashion Director, Leila Yavari has an immaculate sense of style. I have recently become obsessed with her perfect balance of classics with an edge. She is truly the epitome of effortless chic.
After thinking about all the toxins involved in dry cleaning, I began washing baby Beau's cashmere by hand. Thus, I was absolutely delighted to discover The Laundress's exclusive Cashmere Wash created for J.CREW. This incredible nontoxic, allergen free wash is perfectly gentle, keeping your cashmere looking perfectly luxurious. With it's beautiful lavender scent, I have decided to wash all my own cashmere sweaters in it as well. To preserve your cashmere and keep it looking lovely between washes, I also adore their Cashmere Spray. Only The Laundress can make laundry feel luxurious!
After using a photo of Herve Pierre's bedroom as inspiration this week for my post on gingham, I became fascinated with the rest of his NYC home and just felt I needed to share it with you all. It is no surprise that the Creative Director for Carolina Herrera has impeccable taste and his French roots certainly come through in every inch of his apartment. The drapery and details are just beyond gorgeous.
This custom designed wedding gown worn by a bride in Australia is truly one of the most gorgeous I have come across in a while. From the shape of the back, to the intricate beading and detail on the fabric, and the contrast ribbon ... it is simply stunning. Unfortunately, I have no idea where the bride had this made but thought it was beautiful inspiration to share.
Let's just say, I am absolutely gaga for gingham. The classic pattern was all over the Spring 2015 runways and everyone is doing it this season from Diane von Furstenburg to Oscar de la Renta. Not only do I want to incorporate this trend into my wardrobe, but I'd love to infuse it into my home as well. When Beau gets older, I'd love to redecorate his room and add these darling Serena & Lily gingham sheets. Go get your gingham.
As Spring approaches, I get extremely excited to sport some fresh footwear. This season (just like the last three) I have been very into ankle strap heels. I just purchased these Alexandre Birman beauties in nude and thought I should round up some of my favorites for the Spring/Summer season .....
While these incredible details are from Delpozo's Spring/Summer 2013 line, I want them in my wardrobe right this minute! I recently came across these photos in an old archive of mine and just cannot stop swooning. The brand never ceases to amaze me with their intricate details and architectural shapes.
The fashion set showed up with no shortage of chic on the streets of Paris to round out 'Fashion Month'. These were a few of my favorite street style looks and it's no surprise they are all neutral. One I'd particularly love to re-create right this instant is destructed white denim paired with a classic blazer.
At the Fall 2015 Chanel runway show they served croissants, coffee, and a side of Coco. Karl Lagerfeld literally exhibited the influence of the cafe society into his Collection as the backdrop of the line was "Brassiere Gabrielle" or as I like to call it, Cafe Coco. You can see the nod to this setting in some of the accessories with clever infusions of plates and menus. For a glimpse into the complete collection head to Style.Com.
The combination of Dior Couture, children, and a french chateau is pure perfection. I am absolutely smitten with this editorial from Vogue Australia featuring Erica Packer and her three beautiful children. Some lovely inspiration to kick off your work week. Happy Monday, darlings!
I am getting ready to leave for a tropical vacation next month and started thinking about how I majorly need to upgrade my swimwear this season. I have been perusing my favorite retailers and have hand-picked my favorite suits for the season....
The over-the-top embellishments at the Prada Fall 2015 runway show had me going gala from the moment I caught a glimpse of them. Coupled with scuba fabrication, chic silhouettes ... and did the mention the ostrich gloves?! It was mouth watering.
