Well darlings, this weekend my husband and I officially finished booking our upcoming trip to Paris in March! I have not been back in almost 5 years and I am already daydreaming about it. What are your favorite places is Paris? Boutiques, Restaurants...?

I am continually amazed by the delicate creations of Elie Saab and the Spring 2013 Couture Collection proved to be no different. I am swooning over these red-carpet ready gowns and don’t even know how I would begin to choose which is my favorite.

One of my favorite weeks of the year is officially underway, the Spring 2013 Couture Shows, which are taking place in snowy Paris. I love seeing the attire on the chic sartorial set who attend these shows. This year I adore the many women who are sporting polished, classic looks.

Put on the Pearls: Chanel Spring 2013

 I absolutely adored the Chanel Spring 2013 RTW Collection, but what stood out most to me was the way

 that Karl Lagerfeld accessorized with gumball sized pearls! They are utterly fabulous, especially as I begin to daydream about dressing for Spring.

Lately, I absolutely cannot get enough of Clare Vivier clutches. They are simply chic ... enough said. And the fact that you can get most of the Clare Vivier products monogrammed is truly an added bonus. I see a major CV shopping spree in my future!

Beautiful BG Restaurant

After a long day of New York shopping there is nothing quite like stopping to eat at the lovely BG Restaurant at Bergdorf Goodman. I was eating lunch there today and reminded of how serene yet glamorous the space is, which was designed by the fabulous interior-designer, Kelly Wearstler. I must admit that my favorite aspect of the decor is the Porter Chairs. I would absolutely love to have one in my home someday!

The Valentino Spring 2013 Collection is beyond stunning and I must say that upon viewing the ad campaign I am even more obsessed! It is so perfectly simple with the lucite chair, letting the clothes speak for themselves.

Baby, It's Cold Outside

 

As the temperatures have dropped here in SF and I start packing to leave for my trip to NYC on Friday I have been day dreaming about a new winter coat. I think this Vanessa Bruno Athle “Caviar” Coat with a detachable fur collar is pretty fabulous!
