THE Dress

I know that you have all seen every dress from last night's Oscars by now, but I adored Saoirse Ronan's Calvin Klein by Appointment gown so much I could not help but share. I can truly say this is not just my favorite dress of this year's Academy Awards ... it may be my favorite red carpet dress EVER. Yes, EVER. From the color, to the bow, to the silhouette ... it is an absolute dream. And I love how she paired it with the perfect matching pumps. Seriously swoon-worthy!

Monique Lhuillier Fall/Winter 2018

Monique Lhuillier is known for her delightfully dreamy designs and this season she truly did not disappoint. I absolutely adore how romantic and whimsical her pieces felt while being presented in Paris. My favorite looks are this Glitter Dot Tulle Gown  and this Printed Vintage Garden Bandeau (complete with matching skirt) ... a girl can dream... Dive in to J.CREW Swim

 

Given that I am currently 8 months pregnant, I will not be wearing a bikini anytime soon ... but I couldn't help but swoon over J.CREW's latest collection of swim. (It's seriously SO good). I had to order a few for post baby days (maybe, two summers from now?) The Lovliest Lunch

Just last week Moda Operandi and Delpozo hosted the loveliest of lunches in London to celebrate Delpozo's latest collection (which is currently all available for pre-order on Moda). I was instantly enchanted with the entire table scape, but what I couldn't take my eyes off of was the uber-chic blush velvet ribbons complete with each guests initials ... does it get any better? 

I have a similar blush ribbon from J.CREW for my hair (but of course now I want to add my initials to it). Sadly, that is sold out but I just found these beautiful ones for quite a steal!

I have absolutely adored Pamela Munson's timeless straw accessories since the label launched just last year. The brand's refined aesthetic and subtle sophistication is the epitome of spring and summer chic. Accented by rich grosgrain and luxurious leather, the straw pieces can take you anywhere whether you are running around the city or lounging by the seaside. 

I am seriously swooning over the new Spring 2018 Collection, which incorporates undeniably incredible hats and updated bag silhouettes like this and this. I'll take one of each, please!

I have long admired the undeniably romantic pieces of Brock Collection (... their latest Fall 2018 Ready-to-Wear Collection, which debuted on the runway this week, is one not to be missed!) Thus, I was absolutely delighted to see that the beautiful brand teamed with up Maisonette for their first ever children's capsule collection. The exclusive styles are inspired by their Spring 2018 women's collection. The romantic florals, dreamy details, and luxe fabrications make the product feel like it is straight out of 18th century France. They are timeless pieces to be treasured forever.

I have long adored designer, Lela Rose's stunning designs from her Ready to Wear to her Bridal. Thus, I was absolutely delighted to be introduced to her new contemporary line this week, PEARL by Lela Rose. This collection is exclusively sold in a trunk show setting and features equally darling entertaining essentials. The pieces are thoughtfully designed with impeccable details (each featuring a pearl sewn into it) but fit seamlessly into the needs of your everyday life.

A Marysia Must-Have

 I leave for a trip to Hawaii in a little less than two weeks ... and thus I have had swimwear on my mind. You all know well, that I am quite a fan of Marysia and I couldn't be more smitten with one of their newest Resort designs, the French Gramercy Peplum Maillot (also available here). I would most certainly be wearing it in their perfect peony pink colorway in Hawaii (if I didn't have a baby bump!). However, I love it so much I am thinking I may still need to purchase it now to save for the future. I also adore this and this from their latest line and how darling is this for little ones?

Markarian

I have recently been delighted to discover luxury women's ready to wear label, Markarian. The brand, which focuses on overtly feminine festive frills, was founded just last year by designer Alexandra O'Neill. For a glimpse into the designer's lifestyle, you must take a peek at her gorgeous New York apartment, recently featured on Vogue.Com. I absolutely adore the unique fabrications she uses in her pieces (... and would love to own this dress!). The line is currently available to shop on Moda Operandi.

Skincare I'm Smitten With

 

As a Christmas gift, I was given Bobbi Brown's Extra Glow Skincare Set and I cannot even begin to tell you how smitten I am with the products! There is nothing I love more than glowing, illuminated skin and when I put these products on in the morning I don't even feel like I need any make-up they leave me looking so refreshed (even though I'm exhausted!). The Illuminating Moisture Balm gives you that perfect dewy glow. While the Eye Repair Cream truly works wonders targeting all the things you don't want to see (fine lines, dark circles, and wrinkles), brightening your eyes instantly. Lastly, the Lip Tint (in Bare Pink) leaves your lips both buttery soft and with the perfect hint of pink. 

I am already thinking of placing a re-order to ensure I don't run out of my new must-haves!

Dreamy Garden Wedding

I came across this dreamy garden wedding on Over the Moon and my breath was taken away, not only by the beauty but the story behind it. You would never guess by looking at it at that the bride found out the week of her wedding that it would need to be relocated due to the terrible wildfires in Napa county. Fortunate enough to have a dear family friend offer the garden at her home in Atherton, the couple relocated their big day. It is truly no surprise that it went off without a hitch as this wedding had so many of my industry favorites working behind the scenes ... from wedding planner, Laurie Aarons to event designer, Mindy Weiss, to calligrapher and illustrator Stephanie Fishwick. What a truly magical day!

Molly Moorkamp

I recently discovered custom womenswear designer, Molly Koorkamp and to say I am seriously smitten is an understatement. Her classic cocktail pieces are truly exquisite while simultaneously packing the perfect playful punch (ie. this skirt and these gowns ... yes please!). It is no surprise that she is a true talent after designing for Ralph Lauren and holding apprenticeships at Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa, and Milly. She is one to watch. You are welcome, darlings!

Entertaining Inspiration

 

Happy New Year, darlings! What a better way to kick off the New Year than with some beautiful entertaining inspiration? (... if you are not too partied out!). I could not help but share this simply stunning tablescape created by Nicola Bathie McLaughlin (if you don't already follow her on instagram, you most certainly should!). Her use of baby's breath as the centerpiece is truly genius. What an absolutely gorgeous and affordable way to decorate your table this Spring!
