Navy, velvet, an oversized bow?! I truly feel like these fabulous flats from Tory Burch's Fall 17 Line were made for me. Thanks to Moda Operandi, I was able to pre-order these beauties right off the runway. Now the only question that remains is ... Can I patiently wait for them until September?
