Head Over Heels

Upon spotting these gorgeous heels on Milk Cocoa I was immediately smitten. Honestly, could they be any more perfect? They are quite similar to these Aquazzura heels I have always loved (currently on major Sale!) But, as I looked at these shoes further I realized that I could easily recreate them myself - perhaps by taking a Manolo Blahnik Chaos Cuff Sandal and tying beautiful satin ribbon onto the back. What do you think?
