Swooning over this Sweater

Happy Monday Darlings! I thought I would start the week off with this gorgeous bow back sweater I am currently swooning over! Isn't this perfection? I only wish I knew who made this darling piece so that I could purchase it for myelf. If anyone knows, I would love to know!
