2012 MET Gala

I am in NYC for work this week, and thus I watched Vogue's live stream of the MET Gala from my hotel room bed! Oh, how I dream of a day when I can attend the event myself! I must say that while all the photos of the stunning gowns on the red carpet were amazing, it was Vogue's photos of the after-party that were truly my favorite of the evening!.

Wedding Wednesday: THE Royal Wedding

I like many girls all over the world, am anxiously awaiting William and Kate's Royal Wedding! The countdown has begun .. as I cannot believe it is only 2 days away! Although I will be on vacation in Mexico, I will be waking up at the crack of dawn to watch the gorgeous wedding from my bed (Isn't this darling bed fit for a queen!). I absolutely cannot wait to see Kate's dress and to devour every little detail of the magnificent day... what are you most excited about?!

For Japan With Love ...

My darlings, in the wake of the devastating earthquake in Japan -  today I will be participating in a bloggers day of silence to help raise money for those affected by the disaster. The two amazing women behind Utterly Engaged & Ever Ours have put together a fabulous fundraiser For Japan With Love. A Little Note ...

Well my lovlies, with all the thank you notes I have been writing for engagement gifts lately I must admit that it is time to reorder my Crane monogrammed stationery. I currently use ecru cards with an engraved monogram and envelopes with a pale french blue liner. But, since I have to order new one's anyway I thought I might mix it up and order something different... any suggestions?
