Kate Spade Swimwear Launch

This week I was absolutely delighted to hear that Kate Spade will be launching their first ever Swimwear Collection, available in November. If this Bow Bandeau Bikini is any indication of the rest of the line, let's just say we are smitten. With a range of bikinis, one- pieces and cover-ups the 70 piece collection will stay true to the brand's playful yet sophisticated aesthetic. I cannot wait to see more!

Elie Saab Fall 2014 Couture

Each season I imagine there is no way for the Elie Saab Couture collection to get any more breathtaking.  However, I have been proven wrong yet again as the Fall 2014 Collection, which was shown just a few weeks ago in Paris is one of the most exquisite I have ever seen. The combination the of luxe fur with impeccable beading and a soft color palette has me simply swooning. I truly love every single piece.

Heart & Hands Full

Darlings, I am absolutely delighted to announce the birth of our son, Beau Bradley Fisher. He came into this world last Thursday and our hearts have never been so full of love. I will most likely be taking some time away from the blog in order to make sure I am able to focus all my attention on this sweet little guy.

Ten Undies

I recently discovered Ten Undies, which was founded by stylist Daphne Javich, after she realized she could never find the kind of undergarments she was looking for ... simple and chic yet undeniably comfortable. I have immediately fallen in love with her sophisticated shapes (especially the triangle bra). They are perfect for those of us looking for luxury without the frills. Styles are available for purchase at Steven Alan and other boutiques.

Paris Haute Couture Street Style: Ladylike Luxe

The style on the streets outside Paris Haute Couture Fashion week is always quite a lovely spectacle and this past week proved to be no different. Here are a few of my favorite looks from outside the shows. Each of these women truly exudes a sense of ladylike luxe... and there are even a few very chic and well dressed baby bumps thrown into the mix!

Giambattista Valli Fall 2014 Couture

I am absolutely delighted that Paris Couture Week is officially underway. I must admit that thus far my favorite show has been Giambattista Valli. Inspired by a woman on holiday lounging by the water at her Mediterranean Villa, the collection is truly exquisite. The combination of what appear to be classic pajama tops paired with unapologetic ball skirts in vibrant hues and scarfs wrapped as turbans is unexpected genius.

Stars & Stripes

Well darlings, I hope that you all enjoyed a wonderful, long holiday weekend! I am just slowly getting back into the swing of things after spending a lovely 4 days in wine country sitting by the pool, resting, and eating delicious meals. You may have seen some of my photos from the weekend here on Instagram. What I adore about the 4th of July weekend is dressing preppy and nautical in pieces like my Saint James knits (this one from J.CREW is perfection!). How was your Holiday?

Magestic Mastic Wedding

This past weekend Anna Wintour's son, Charlie Shaffer wed Elizabeth Cordy at the Vogue editor's estate in Mastic, Long Island. It is absolutely no surprise that it was an exquisite affair from the bride's ethereal Oscar de la Renta gown to the whimsical striped tents. The fashion set was in full attendance and I absolutely loved being able to follow along via Instagram.
